Shipping and Returns


Orders will ship out within one day of purchase unless otherwise informed by a Filter Techs Inc representative. Most orders will same out same day if received by 2:00 pm EST between Monday and Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday with the exception of holidays.

You will receive a paid invoice and tracking number for your order within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam email folder to see if it was redirected automatically by your email host. We recommend adding to your address book to keep our order updates from ending up in junk or spam folders. If the email was not received please contact us and we will forward this to you.

Our main shipping service is UPS. We accommodate ground, expedited and international shipping. USPS postal service is also available upon checkout. We try to ensure the most accurate prices on shipping services but occasionally the website will provide a rate that may be too high or too low from the actual cost of shipping. This is usually due to orders that are large and require multiple shipping boxes. Should this occur we will contact you to inform of any additional shipping costs that may be incurred prior to processing the order.


We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. But in the event you need to return your merchandise, at our discretion, we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the cost of the product. (Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.) Filter Techs Inc® reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25%, at our discretion. Non-stock or special order items may not be eligible for return. Simply pack the product in its original packing material and enclose a copy of the invoice with the item(s) you are returning circled.
